They have free apps in the iTunes store that compress audio book files into one file or break it up however you want if you have a mac.I prefer to use Audiobook Builder though (think it was like $5). I dunno what people with pcs use but there’s probably even more options there.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I have no trouble merging files or dividing files, I have great software that does that I was referring to editing out 181 chapter introductions then merging into one or several files. Those of us with a pc would put them in Audacity, cut out the chapter intro and merge sections as we go but it would take a day or so…..J
