It’s pain… in the book. The reading of it… is beautiful. Most of the time, words are not spelling pain. They are describing the small things of the mundane world. But, the way they are written… communicates pain in a way that transcends any words.
And queer, yes, the main character is lesbian, but it wouldn’t have mattered if she was not.
